Non Profit Organization Rebranding

Project type

Rebranding

Date

Spring 2025

The Men of Color Action Network, also known as MOCAN, is a Nonprofit organization aimed at helping young men of color looking to pursue higher education. The goal of this rebranding was to give the client (MOCAN) a new style and feel to their brand that relates more to their current target audience. The client wanted to focus their new brand strategy to reflect the ideals of brotherhood, community, cultural authenticity, and professional development.

This was a semester-long project in which in which the creation of all the deliverables took constant research and many iterations to fully capture the core aspects of this organization. Week after week, constant revision of the work allowed the opportunity to explore many different aspects of the rebranding strategy while delivering a cohesive version of the vision this non profit was looking for.

There were multiple deliverables for this rebrand. The main focus was to target items that could be displayed during their conferences, such as posters, alongside considering giveaways like T-shirts and the stationery system for this organization. To tie it all together, there was also the implementation of a website that could be used alongside all the items made for this project.
